Sinopsis:

Based on a true story, Sarah is a twelve year old Indian girl who lives in Cape Town. When she was three, an injection damaged the nerve of her leg and ever since Sarah has never walked like other children. But she can do something better than her schoolfriends : she can swim. Sarah has an extraordinary aptitude for water and takes part in long distance swimming races and systematically wins them all. Living in the same city is Ciro, an orphan of twelve. One day their paths cross : Ciro tells Sarah about the mythical Capri - Napoli race and Ciro's friend Gershe, a former swimming champion, begins to train Sarah. Thanks to Gershe's efforts, the girl takes part in the most devastating long distance race in the world and comes second.
