Synopsis
The old governor of a Spanish colony in South America is sick. Taking advantage of his conditions and of the trust he enjoys, Don Sebastiano commits atrocities of every kind and even goes so far as to assassinate a nobleman, whom he believed to be an emissary sent by the king to control his actions. To divert the suspicions, it is the same Don Sebastiano to accuse of the murder of Don Ruy, a dongiovanni adventurer.
