Synopsis
Lipari is a willing teacher, full of initiative. The theft of his old ‘Cinquecento’ car and the arrival of Luisa, one of his ex students who has come to substitute another teacher, interrupt the rhythm to which he is accustomed and disturb him to such a degree that he cannot complete his teaching plan for the year. The loss of self-esteem is aggravated by the fact that Luisa proves to be an excellent teacher and wins the trust of her students, her colleagues and the Headmaster. Then, there are the problems of his students, which do not only relate to teaching. Plagued by the authorities who require the teaching plan that he is having such difficulty in compiling, by Luisa who he can’t get on with, Lipari finds himself with his back to the wall.
